| Abstract: | Currently there are as many as over 600 foreign trade companies of various types , promising a trend of increase of the number. But the problem of disordered competition in international market with the Chinese companies is deteriorating, and, consequently, vigorous efforts should be made to rectify the order, to check on strictly the approval of the setting up of foreign trade companies and to carry out management at different levels. In addition it is necessary to invest more capital in science and technology, to raise the level of contracted projects and keep a foot- hold in international market with more advanced and innovative techniques. It is also necessary to strengthen the co-operation among Chinese companies, to jointly develop world market and usher in a new developmental stage for the undertaking of foreign contracted projects. |
