| Abstract: | In the first half of this year, the industrial added value, accomplished by enterprises at country level or above amounted to 984.9 billion yuan, up 11.6% over the same period of last year, calculated in terms of comparable price . Its grow rate, however, fell after a rise by 1.6 percentage points compared with the same period of last year. Viewed from the trends of dynamic changes, the industrial added value in the first and second quarters grew by 11% and 11.9% respectively. For the major durable consumption goods like colour TV sets, washing machines refrigerators, and hi-fi stereo component system which there is great demand for, their range of growth is wider. Although the industrial economic return is rising again, its overall level is still very low. There exist such problems as losses and irrational industrial structure. |
