Abstract:The in-depth reasons for the fact that some industrial enterprises have fallen into dire straits in production and business are as follows: 1. business cycle contradiction. It finds expression in the following: Many areas and enterprises have enlarged the scale of investment in fixed assets and increased the industrial projects blindly, thus making the out put of industrial products grow greatly and surpass the social demand. 2.System contradiction. Quite a number of enterprises have difficulties in declaring bankrupt and reorganising due to the reasons in system and the social bearing capacity and are still awaiting the government's supporting policy. Besides, they lack the ability of self-accumulation and self-development due to the historical burden left under the traditional system and so on.
