| Abstract: | The article examines the cost of quality of pelletized feed in the poultry industry. The cost of quality takes into account several aspects of the company's operation. The study determines that the company has the opportunity to decrease its feed costs by improving pellet quality. Also, the article provides a case study on how the costs of quality can be examined and how various alternative strategies to improve capacity and quality can be analyzed. |
