| Abstract: | With the establishment of socialist market economic system, the mechanism of personnel market is becoming mature but is also facing many problems. The proportion of personnel entering market is not high and its level lower. The irrational structure and distribution of personnel have not been controlled effectively through personnel market. The price system in personnel market is too complex and the reform of social insurance system backward, which has become the obvious barrier of development. The market demand for personnel is not great while personnel can not adapt to market well, which influences directly the efficiency of market. The departmental ownership of units with talented people in reserve, which it is difficult to break, is the fundamental factor hindering the development of personnel market. |
