| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status quo of unemployment and workers' being laid off and the reasons for them. It considers that the system reform with market as the guide would inevitably lead to the fact that unemployment and workers' being laid off are brought into the open. So only when importance is attached to this problem from the central government to localities and from every-level government to enterprises, can we find an effective way to solve it. |
