| Abstract: | Since the 1990s, the chain business operation has developed rapidly with an annual sales reaching 30 billion yuan in China. But it is still in the starting stage and there exist the following problems: 1. small scale. Every enterprise only has 14 shain shops; 2. low level of standardization and poor management. They find expression in decentralized business operation and unclear "responsibility, power and benefits"; 3. short of funds, which leads to slow development of chain shops; 4. serious regional protectionism which makes chain merely nominal; 5. unscientific and backward means and method of business and management; 6. poor infrastructure facilities and underdeveloped technology. |
