| Abstract: | At present, Shenzhen municipal government is planning to establish a high and new-tech industrial park in the bend area of Shenzhen River after the river is brought under control .It should become the new economic growth point. The influence of knowledge economy on the government and enterprises is different. For the government, it is very important to make a good plan and the content of knowledge should be increased in the course of policy decision and planning. For enterprises, knowledge economy should be defined as the production, processing and industrialization of knowledge. Enterprises should keep abreast of the times and promote their own transformation. But the top major barrier is their closing themselves. |
