| Abstract: | Possession of personal wealth should be the outcome of entrepreneurs rather than qualifications. The majority of successful entrepreneurs own a relatively large amount of personal wealth. However, this is attained by performing the functions of entrepreneurs. It explains the transformation relationship between human capital and nonhuman capital from another point of view. That is to say, by performing entrepreneurial functions, entrepreneurs are able to transform their human capitals of high quality into enormous nonhuman capitals. |
