| Abstract: | The gradation of environmental problems are determined by the gradation of social productivity level. Environment and development are interdependent. Probing the sustainable development strategy which fits in with our productivity level has important significance in practice: handling the integration of environmental benefits, economic benefit and social benefits correctly; there should be proper differences in environmental protection policies among areas which differ greatly in economic development level; township enterprises and state-owned enterprises in the same area should implement unified environmental protection policies; in tackling the problem of global environment, China can only undertake its duty of environmental protection which fits in with its productivity level. |
