| Abstract: | Whether the industrial structure is rational or not has a bearing on the sustained, stable and healthy economic development and the beneficial result of economic development. After analyzing the macro background of adjustment of industrial structure, this paper thinks that the new industrial structure is neither the one which the old industrial structure is simply transformed into nor the one which is formed after simple adjustment is made in terms of quantity among industries. It raises the following principles for adjustment of regional industrial structure: the principle of development stressing key projects, the principle of industrial interrelated development and the principle of high starting point. |
