| Abstract: | The main tasks for deepening the reform of China's investment system are to separate the functions of the government and enterprises and various economic functions related to investment, develop the investment subject of national capital, perfect the systems of policy decision on investment, financing and macro management, and establish an investment system separating the functions of the government and enterprises. To complete the tasks, we should establish an investment system of national capital, under which the investment is different from the government's investment, aiming at maximizing profits and some policy tasks should be undertaken according to the requirement of the state's plan. Besides, we should improve the government's investment system and perfect the investment system of the whole society. |
