| Abstract: | Foreign direct investment is the important feature of international business operation. International business operation has the following benefits: making better use of foreign resources, being conducive to countering the international trade protectionism; absorbing foreign advanced science and technology as well as management expertise quickly and timely; developing market, thus bringing along the export of China's products; improving effectively China's international payment state. To conduct international business operation, foreign trade enterprises should have the following conditions: a set of enterprises' systems and systems for operation and management, which are in light of the international practice; producing products with high added value; organizing production according to the international standards; having information channels. |
