| Abstract: | It has been argued in the literature on joint venture (JV) that there are differences btw. JVs in developed and developing countries. This study's purpose is to identify these differences and also identify why and how such differences arise while operating. In this study, there has been 4 JVs with a Swedish multinational company involved as the only foreign partner. The results show that there are substantial differences in certain areas. |
