Abstract: | Company assesment comprises three factors: inputs, internal business process and outcomes. The Heart of Business (HOB) model integrates a company's value added processes and financial outcome, and gives tools to measure performance in value chain activities. A company's success depends on the unique combination of resources, capabilities and competencies which support value added activities. |
