| Abstract: | Here are the author's recommendations for writing economic theory. The intended audience is young economists working on their dissertations or preparing their first papers for submission to a professional journal. Although the author discusses general issues of presentation, this essay is mainly concerned with formal models. It does not cover the writing of an empirical work. It will be useful to anyone, irrespective of the field, and not just to fledging theorists. |
