Abstract:Euro start has brought about certain positive effect on China. It was favorable to adjust obligatory right, liabilities and structure of foreign exchange reserve, and provided China's banks with market space to exploit financial means and enlarge business area. However, it generated negative influence as well. For example, it produced competitive pressure on China's financial industry and effected China's economic security. There are some suggestions: to coordinate China's trade relations with U.S.A, Europe and Japan, striving to make EU adopt a trade policy beneficial to China; to promote an organic proportion of liabilities structure and the structure of export-earned foreign exchange, and the optimization of the structure of exchange; to adjust the forming mechanism of RMB exchange rate and to strengthen China's ability to adapt to currency
