| Abstract: | This paper argues that different economic times require different core resources. Whether the enterprises have the core resources will produce huge impact on the arrangements of their rights. China is striding into knowledge economic times, and the arrangements of Chinese enterprises' ownerships (rights) during the process of reform should set up wide path to knowledge economic times. The reasonable choice, therefore, is wisdom employing capital. |
