| Abstract: | Medium-and-small-sized enterprises play an important role in stabilizing economy, however, some of their own features decide that they need fostering. The fostering system of some countries and regions in Europe, America and Asia mainly includes five aspects: guiding service, financing service, tax break service, pioneering service and tendency service. With the reference of international experience, the author points out China should take financing service as core, provide improved guiding service, and encourage the establishment of the group of private medium-and-small- sized enterprises and technological innovation of medium-and-small-sized enterprises. |
