Abstract:For social development it is essential to establish more effective and rational organizations. Whether this goal can be achieved depends on people's willingness, capability and cooperation and the organizing ability is influenced by customs and cultures. The article divides the organizations into two types. The first is that independent people organize themselves on the basis of equality and voluntariness. The second is people owning a certain kind of resource set up organizations when borrowing or purchasing some other resources from one another. Different human relation patterns will make different influences on the cost and model of the establishment of enterprises.
