| Abstract: | On the view of financial revenue mechanism, although financial revenue increases rapidly, central financial solvency is still not strong enough. There are many shortcomings in tax revenue system. The foundation of tax revenue is weak, and financial revenue is disordered. In terms of utilization of funds, some funds for key projects are illegally impropriated. Management of some construction projects is jambled, and their qualities are very low. Meanwhile, national financial investments are wasted. In addition, issues on liability can not be ignored, i.e. too much borrowing in local areas and basic financial information inconsistent with the facts. |
