| Abstract: | As the carrier of knowledge, human capital plays a very important role in the time of knowledge economy. The qualified persons having rich knowledge and technique are the bridges to the time. The authors describe the meaning and features of such an economy, the role of human capital in it, and the current situation and difficulties of the capital in China. They make further comments that China should increase investments in it and promote its development in preparations for the coming of the time of knowledge economy and then she can be invincible in the competition. |
