| Abstract: | The basic conclusion of Chinese agricultural production comparison advantage are that Chinese agricultural production, such as grain, cotton and oil, except wheat, their competition power began to decline since 1995. Most agricultural production's existing international competition power are bigger that the potential one. Domestic resource cost rises, which lead to decline of comparison advantage. Interchange rate should be stable in order to keep comparison advantage. So it need to develop good quality and high effective agricultural production, and determine development strategy according to market demand and local advantage. |
