Abstract:The causes are the rational drop of prices resulted from the properly tight policy of finance, the decrease of residents' income and the change of consumers' psychology. The deep causes are the immature reform of investment mechanism and the shortage of effective supply. Thus, the easy financial and monetary policies could not change the operational mechanism of the economy. The paper proposes that various factors helpful to price-rising should seriously be analyzed and grasped so as to provide the macro-policy-makers with reliable material, and that the government should deal well with the adjustment and implementation of policies and open up new market in order to solve the problem of price-falling fundamentally.
