| Abstract: | There are several mistakes on China's foreign labour co-operation. The labour co-operation has not been regarded as equal to the commodities trade. The management system is inadequate, the formalities for going abroad complicated, the channel for exporting labour not normal and the quality of the personnel low. The guarantee of rights and benefits awaits improvement. Hence, in the future the ideas should be transformed, the work of lawmaking be strengthened, the channels be opened up, the formalities be simplified and good service be provided and ensured. |
