Abstract: | The problem of unbalanced economic aggregate and insufficient demand have been more and more serious this year. The causes are: the rapid development of urban and rural areas causes income differentials; the driving force by the direct investment of the government is very limited; The disposable income of the enterprises reduces; the expected income is not ideal so the investment becomes cautious; the structural readjustment of supply slows down. Countermeasures: readjust distribution to change the direction of income flow; stabilize income expectation to dispel misgivings; reform finance to accommodating capital; loosen control to encourage investment; reduce tax to bring recovery. |
