| Abstract: | Trade policy is getting to the neutral one after China join WTO, which is full condition but not necessary one to economic wealth. Challenge is bigger than opportunity in short time but opportunity is bigger than challenge in long time. It does not mean full free-trade and necessary to practice modest trade-protection. Government's role can not be weakened. It should develop China's cross-country companies while welcome foreign cross-country companies to China's investment. It needs to increase employment in a certain degree but not simple multiple protection. |
