| Abstract: | The new contract law has concluded the Chinese pattern of legislation by contract characterized with "tripartite confrontation", and that, it provides a uniform and completed law standard. It runs through the two main threads-contract free and honest credits, simultaneously pays attention to efficiency of market transaction and social parity. It enhances protection for legal benefits of creditors, which is good for market transaction. |
