Abstract: | The market research industry mirrors many other sectors as to the rapid and unceasing change. There are also increasing demands on the people working in market research; it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep a balance btw. the demands of both business and home life. For many yrs. now, a research group (called NOP Research Group) has provided a programme of in-house training in technical research and IT skills. This article describes the programme and its results. |
