| Abstract: | With e-recruiting and on-line resume submission, good employees may be just a click away. E-recruiting has shown promise as a staffing aid at a time when the staffing process has become more and more difficult. The recent strong economy has produced a demand for both a quantity and a quality of employees that labor markets have not been able to satisfy. Two trends have been particularly vexing to employees. First, the labor force growth rate continues to decline. Second, labor force quality continues to decline. |
