| Abstract: | This paper reveals the characteristics of the United States anti-dumping measures against the NADEs which have rarely been studied in the literature. The GATT/WTO regulations and the United States anti-dumping laws are examined and the characteristics of the United States anti-dumping decisions against the NADE's are revealed. Then empirical evidence on testing whether some macroeconomic variables of the NADE's affected the US anti-dumping decisions or not are provided. |
