Abstract:This paper presents a case study about common managerial dilemmas and offer concrete solutions from experts. This case study considers the market for IPO's and Titrolyte's new titanium extraction technology with blockbuster potential. The main question of this case study is should the company go public at the moment when the market is still open? Five following professional commentators offer advice in this fictional case study: an investment specialist, the founder and managing director of a leading venture capital firm, an associate professor and an affiliate professor at a famous business school in France and a another business man who is a current president and CEO of another firm.
