| Abstract: | The introduction paper deals with the challenge of contemporary organizational life: organizational change and its effect on employees. Exploring and understanding organizational change has been an enduring fascination for scholars in a variety of disciplines. In an attempt to unravel the seeming mystery of change, scholars and practitioners alike have borrowed theories from such diverse realms as biology, ecology, child development to better understand the emergence and development of organizational change. This forum has included a case study that typifies some of the common challenges related to organizational change. |
