Abstract: | Building an effective classroom learning environment requires that business ethics (hereafter as: b-e.) teachers pay particular attention to creating a classroom environment that values the ideas others have to offer. This article discusses the importance of conversational learning to b-e. teaching for effective learning. The paper also considers the b-e. teacher's role in using a conversational learning approach to teaching b-e. and some learning processes used. |
