Abstract: | In this article is reported the experiences of international MBA students who followed a hybrid design for a business ethics course. This hybrid design method combines lectures in classes with "out-of class" discussion which is supported by asynchronous communication tools. Learning experiences of participants is reported by using data from questionnaire and interviewes. |
