| Abstract: | This article aims to clear the complexities associated with knowledge sharing in large multinational organizations with a case study conducted in a large multinational company (Du Pont). It focuses on the critical issues, concrete practises, bottle-necks, and constraints in knowledge sharing. Special attention is paid to making local knowledge global knowledge. The findings suggest that knowledge management systems need to be integrative and flexible to facilitate the dynamics of different forms of knowledge. |
