| Abstract: | This article examines two questions. First, the authors study whether they could describe the interactions between New Product Development (NPD) and Operations by using a theory of change management and interventions. In the other study, the authors investigated such interventions during implementation and aimed to find out to what extent these interventions followed the theories of change. |
