| Abstract: | The article promotes postmodern thinking in organizational theory by re-presenting the concept of triangulation in organizational research. With this new way, triangulation is presented as 'metaphorization' - in terms of process and movement between researcher-subject positions. The movement is presented across three perspectives: the researcher as a follower of nomothetic lines, the researcher as an ideographical overviewer and the researcher as the discoverer of a particular angle. |
