| Abstract: | The paper discusses the social media tools "web 2.0" and the business incarnation of it, "Enterprise 2.0". These tools present opportunities and difficulties. The paper looks at a case study from the New South Wales Attorney General's department in Australia that, up until recently, had a very traditional, one-way, top-down communication intranet. |
