| Abstract: | Using bivariate and multivariate analysis this article focuses on developing and testing hypotheses concerning the impact of migrant status and ethnicity on propensity to engage in entrepreneurship at the individual level in the UK. The findings suggest, among other results, that business activity varies both with migrant status and ethnicity, and that migration increases the likelihood of starting new business. |
