Abstract:This paper applies the philosophy of Levinas and Heidegger to the issues of face and defacement. The case of Kate Moss's scandalous picture in the Daily Mirror is illustrated and examined. The study suggests that the business ethics can been seen as paralyzed due to the obsession of pure and static forms.
