Abstract:Ambidexterity (hereafter as: a-dexty.) is an organization's context to achieve alignment and adaptability simultaneously within the organization learning processes. This paper explores the relationship btw. and significance of two key factors of organizational learning (that is, exploration and exploitation of knowledge) and two possible control factors (that is, company size and sector) on the a-dexty. context, and also their effects on the creation of customer capital (as: CM). Based on an empirical investigation of 269 Spanish SMEs from two different sectors (that is, optometry and telecommunications), and using structural equation modelling, it is indicated that the effects of exploration and exploitation of knowledge on CM are mediated through an a-dexty. context etc.
