Abstract: | This article proposes the creation of several forms of knowledge (henceforth as: knwl.) enabling organizations to ask and say the right things (herein as: a-and-s-r-ths.) during complex diagnoses. The hypothesis testing knwl. blend (HTKB) is the cognitive equivalent of petrol for the combustion engine. The HTKB requires the creation of a knwl. hybrid using existing technologies to a-and-s-r-ths. In addition to timing mechanisms and problem space maps, two forms of declarative knwl. are integrated to create the HTKB. By providing the profound dialogues during the conduct of complex diagnoses, the HTKB should increase the organizations' knwl. capital. |
