| Abstract: | The article establishes a list of 16 criteria for responsible business practice (RBP) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based on existing literature on the topic. A study of U.K. Fair Trade organizations is conducted to reveal the extent to which these 16 criteria are applied in organizations. The results reveal that most but not all of the criteria are indeed applicable to U.K. Fair Trade organizations. |
