| Abstract: | This article presents the 1st essay writing contest, Global Peter Drucker Challenge, launched by the Peter Drucker Society of Europe, supported by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) in May 2010. A total of 214 entries were received from the contest's participants, who were students, young managers and young entrepreneurs. Furthermore, three winning essays of H. Arnold, E. Murphy and F. Ramseger are featured. |
