Abstract: | This paper aims at arguing that corporate communication reaches its full potential in building corporate reputation (henceforth as: c-r.), when it moves beyond the influencing of public opinion's perceptions. Using the case study of a leading dairy company in Italy, Granarolo, with stakeholder engagement activities been put into the focus of the c-r. development, it is argued that c-r. of Granarolo has been built on a network of stakeholder partnerships through which the company continuously improves organizational learning and develops new business solutions. |
