| Abstract: | The problem of finding the optimal assignment of given periodical demands over a planning horizon is discussed,so that a suitable objective function will be minimized. All deliveries are concentrated into one time unit for each of their periods and they are located by the central decision maker in order to satisfy given constraints. All those problems are formulated as zero-one integer programming problem. The objective function considered is the minimization of the capacity of the production center which must satisfy the demands. |
