| Abstract: | A well-established bureaucratic organisation is one of the most unshakeable social structures that exists and this must be taken into consideration in any euphoric discussion of the possibilities of stimulating innovation in and through organizations. Concepts are examined that have recently attracted attention as mechanism for triggering innovation in large enterprises, namely new-venture management and entrepreneurship. |
