| Abstract: | Personnel directors are supposed to be experts on dealing with stress in their labor force, but the author raises the point as to how good the personnel managers are in coping with the stresses at their own jobs.The author has interviewed some personnel directors themselves, followed by a cross-check feedback provided by the people who work for them. The author concludes that barring a few exceptions, most personnel directors do not recognize their own stress and of their behavior on the people around them. |
