| Abstract: | There are 3 ways to manage strategic uncertainty: to react the situations as they arise, to develop better forecast, and the third way is called Future Mapping. It is a discipline based on the end state/event stream concept. It provides a structure for accessing, formatting, and relating diverse information about the industry side of a strategy matrix.It helps managers to synthesize information in new ways and to develop new awareness of how their business environment could change. |
